The ancient yet sacred practice of letting go and letting God has been used for centuries.

It is a powerful art form that can help you get rid of negative emotions, past traumatic events, and the stress and anxiety of every day modern life. As I mentioned earlier, it has been around for centuries. It applies to all aspects of life, from relationships to health to transformation and other parts of our life and reality.

Now let’s explore exactly what does letting go & letting God means?

Letting go and letting God Meaning

Happiness manifests when letting god and letting God becomes your habit.

To let go and let God is to release all attachments to what should’ve happened and trusting that God/Spirit/Allah/Source energy has your back. Also, letting Go has everything to do with trusting God and letting God handle your affairs by allowing God’s love to guide you. Let go and let God into your life, and you will have room for new ideas, opportunities, people, and situations.

It is not only those who are facing hardships or challenges who can benefit from the “Let Go and Let God” practice. Being able to let God take control is a way of being. Anyone can benefit from this sacred practice.

Practicing this sacred art may seem passive to some people.

It is not passive at all to let go and let God. The opposite is true; letting God take over requires a strong act of personal will. In allowing God/The Divine/Heavenly Father/Source Energy to work through you, you are getting out of your own way, allowing for positive manifestations to occur.

There should be absolutely no doubt, worry, or anxiety in your mind as you surrender to God’s plan. Let things unfold naturally. You don’t have to control everything.

From my experience, “Let Go and Let God” means different things to different people.

At a deeper level, however, most people agree that we feel more empowered when we feel connected to God as humans.

My near-death experience (NDE) taught me that we are all connected to the creator. Due to our divine connection to the source, it has become so clear to me that we are all related. Despite our differences, or however opposing our views may be, we are all connected.

By teaching about this powerful practice, I hope to help clear the past trauma that has built up over time.

The importance of letting go and letting God in Our Lives

I’ve been practicing letting go and letting God since I had my NDE. The practice enabled me to return to my every day life more quickly than I could have done without it.

God’s peace and joy were evident during my NDE, making me ache to be with the Creator again. While existing on earth, I felt heavy because of the world’s never-ending drama and suffering. My empathic nature did not help my case. However, I knew that I hadn’t been through everything I have been through for no reason. I then decided that it was in my best interest and for my own health and well-being to completely trust in God’s plan. By putting my faith in God, I’ve been able to thrive rather than feel down by what I see on earth.

Many people find it difficult to place their lives in God’s hands.

It can be frightening to let go of control for most people. Losing control feels awful to me, too. Nonetheless, if life has taught me anything, it is to allow divine timing to guide us even when attempting to plan for the best. We will find ourselves worrying for no reason, as well as disappointed and lacking faith and trust in our journey if we do not do this.

Letting go and letting God requires trust.

Furthermore, God may lead us in a different direction for our best interests. Trusting God completely means letting go and letting God do all the work. The ways of God are indeed mysterious.

When I say Trust God, I am referring to the Creator and the Divine Consciousness that permeates everything. I am not talking about God based on any of the mainstream religions.

When I pray to God, I simply seek to be in the presence of God. I am not praying in a specific way or following a particular doctrine. All I’m doing is choosing to allow myself to welcome the power of God into my consciousness.

Anyone can practice this! Even if you are an atheist or agnostic, you can still have a relationship with God. Your path can still benefit from this sacred practice. We are not all the same, and we are all doing the best we can. It takes understanding and treating one another with compassion to make the world a better place. (This is just my opinion, if you disagree, let’s discuss while practicing kindness.)

Fear, worry, being controlling, or being judgmental of others is the opposite of Letting Go and Letting God. These actions will only bring more fear, worry, control issues, and judgments that we do not want in our lives.

Begin letting go and letting God and see how more love, joy, and positive manifestation will start to come into your life. But how can you Let Go and Let God?

How do you surrender to God and let go?

The first step towards letting God guide your life is to surrender to God.

Surrender your body, mind, soul, and spirit to the peace and love of God. Allow all the bliss and the peace to dwell in your heart. When you welcome God’s love and peace into your heart, you invite God to dwell in your heart.

Although simple, understanding this principle isn’t easy. The most important relationship in our lives often gets lost in what mainstream religion tells us to do. I’m referring to our relationship with God.

Prayers and meditation are two great ways to strengthen your relationship with God.

When you surrender to God, you are always learning to be present and to trust God.

When you are present, you can focus and make decisions that have a lasting impact.

As a sacred practice, letting go and letting God can be mighty since it can help you let go of negative feelings like anxiety, anger, frustration, sadness, worry, disappointment, and fear. You can step into your power when you let go and let God.

In addition, by letting go of the past, negative thoughts, and worries/plans for the future, you will have a more peaceful relationship with yourself and the world around you.

Benefits of Letting GO and LETTING GOD Into Your Life

Having the ability to let go may benefit your daily life experience as you learn different ways to let go.

1. Letting Go and Letting God is a sacred practice that can help anyone grow spiritually.

Let God assist you in growing spiritually by letting go of your ego. To achieve this, we can’t always be attached to or controlling over every aspect of life since we can’t always get what we want. When something doesn’t work out as expected, pray for guidance instead of getting frustrated. When you pray, always have complete faith that God will hear you. It’s never too late to start cultivating a relationship with God. When was the last time you called God? Get started today!

2. To let go and let God is to release the past.

There’s no point in reliving the past. However, the present moment is a different story! By accepting new experiences with an open heart, you can live your best life today by letting go of all those painful memories from the past. Don’t let old histories of feeling disempowered hold you back from living a fulfilling life (and don’t worry about how others might judge you). As long as you are aware of what feels suitable for you, you can move forward into your future with confidence. You’ll miss the chance for a bright future if you stay stuck in the past. Follow your dreams, release your worries and let God guide you.

Allow God to guide you as you follow your dreams, release your worries, and let God guide you.

3. God will work miracles in your life when you stand in the glory of God.

You can create a vortex of pure manifestation when you release your grasp on your creative energy and allow God to work through you. Let your faith in God lead you to do good things and allow miracles to happen in your life.

My experience has taught me that God is always seeking a willing vessel through which the spirit can move. A person who can express what God is calling them to do with God’s dwelling in their heart and mind. Even though it could seem unimportant to you, please know this: all of us matter to God. I believe that every single person reading this right now matters. Whatever our goals or intentions may be, God sees each and every one of us with a purpose today. Answer God’s call when you sense it.

4. Love God and let the peace transform you.

To let go and let God is to fill your heart with God’s loving bliss and peaceful presence. Each of us has experienced trauma at one point or another, but when we let go and let God, we let go of all of our problems, and we let God be in control.

Letting God work through you takes daily practice. When you trust that everything is happening for a reason and that God is always guiding you through any trouble or stormy times, you become more confident and will feel happier in your daily experience. Letting go of all negativity and negative emotions is the 2nd step to allowing God to work through you. The first step is to surrender, second is to release negativity. Letting go takes time, but when you do it, you will find that it is a gratifying practice for both your mind and soul.

Love God and let the peace transform you
A faithful heart is worth a thousand pieces of gold. Fill your heart with the love of God.

Let God handle it for you in good times and bad.

The only way to let go and let go is to surrender everything to God’s timing. My blog post on how to trust God’s timing can be found here.

Nothing is impossible for God to fix. Stop worrying and start praying.

Sometimes you just need to stop, take a deep breath and ask God for some direction.

Your life will flourish as you let go of control and accept God’s timing. The Quran, The Bible, and other texts of wisdom and knowledge scripture present stories of how trusting God have led to triumphs.

By praying for the best and letting go of attachment, you’re putting your life in God’s hands to take care of things for you. And who would be better to do that than your creator!

Tips for Practicing the Art of Letting God Handle Your Life

Tips for Practicing the Art of Letting God Handle Your Life

1. Create the reality you really want by paying attention to every word you speak.

Pay attention to every word you say. Things that you would not like in the world, like anger or heartbreak, are created and manifested by your words. It is essential to be aware of the thoughts that are going through your head, as they influence the language you use. Allow any thoughts that aren’t rooted in faith to go.

2. Do your best and forget the rest.

While I know you’re doing your best, I want to emphasize the importance of not dwelling on circumstances beyond your control. It’s okay if things don’t go as planned sometimes; we’ll just have to be resilient and keep trying no matter what happens!

3. Leave no room to worry; seek joy instead.

Worry is wasted energy. Worry is a state of mental consciousness, and it consumes your thoughts with constant thinking. By becoming more aware of the present moment, you can become conscious instead of worrying about what may or may not happen to you tomorrow. Worrying takes up much-needed energy that could be used for something else like creating beautiful art, reading new books, or spending time with loved ones. Less worry, more happiness.

4. Prayer works, always!

Praying is an art in and of itself. When you pray, you speak your desires into creation. Remember to release worries and practice having a faithful and grateful heart. Gratitude and thanksgiving should be at the forefront of your prayers. The more grateful you are for what you have, the more positive experiences you create. Embrace the power of trust and let go of the need to control.

5. Be present and live in the moment.

You can see God’s glory in everything when you hold tight and allow God/The Divine/The Heavenly Father/Source Energy/Allah to work through you. When you let go and invite God, you have absolutely nothing to fear. Rather than being lost in your thoughts about the past or worrying about the future, you are actually living in the present. Just be here now and let God handle the rest.

6. Seek comfort in God.

Struggling in life is unavoidable, but giving up is a choice. I know that at times, it can be hard to discern what the right thing to do, especially when you’re struggling. When things are difficult, it can be tempting just to give up and lose hope. But, keep your hope alive! Despite how dark your days may seem at times, there is always a light waiting for you on the other side of every struggle if only you have the courage and patience to not give up.

7. Remind yourself often to let go of control.

It is important to remember that the path of life cannot always be controlled. Sometimes, it takes a leap in faith and letting go of control for new things to happen. Keep this reminder handy! Furthermore, put this on a post-it note and place it somewhere that you see often to remind yourself.

Are you ready to live in heaven on earth?

Revelation Prayer

– Revelation Prayer

You may pray this if you’re uncertain if something you’re hearing or seeing is true or false?

In these crazy times we are experiencing, I find that this prayer is a God-sent tool that can help with discernment. Praying is a time-tested way of getting in touch with your spiritual side and can offer you guidance when it comes to making difficult decisions. No matter if you’re a man, a woman, or a person of faith, this prayer will touch your heart!

Thank you, Father God, for blessing me with your bounty and riches. Thanks for revealing your truth to me and looking down upon me favorably. As my eternal source and provider, I will always trust in you.

You are my guide, and I rely on you to see what most people can’t. Do not let me stray from your ways. I pray that you continue to reveal the mysteries of your wisdom to me so I can bask in your splendor.

As I go through life, show me your love and compassion when I am feeling low, for that is your true face, and carry me high with you so that I may praise you until the end of my days, for you are the Lord, the Giver of Light, You are my creator. Thank You. I Love You. Amen.

Feel free to personalize this with holy scripture, bible verses, or holy words based on your faith practice. Choose the path you feel called to take.

– Praying For Healing

Praying for healing is common. As I type this, I am praying that the pandemic that’s affecting the world gets resolved divinely.

The power of prayer lies in its capacity to heal the spirit.

Despite knowing there is no guarantee, people still pray. Even the Bible warns, “Praying is not enough.”. Having faith and belief that God’s timing will lead to the GREATEST is essential.

When faced with loss and grief, prayer provides comfort during difficult times. After a tragedy on Earth causes pain to its inhabitants, prayer may provide comfort and restore peace to the afflicted.

In addition, it is also an ancient practice that dates back to ancient civilizations like India, Nepal, China, Mesopotamia, etc…

You can recite this whenever you need divine or spiritual healing.

Dear God, I pray that you will fill me with the healing power of your grace and peace. May all your care calm my soul, strengthening me in moments where faith has been tested by hardship.

Whatever scripture you wish to add to this prayer, you may do so regardless of which domination you belong to. Many people like to add prayers from the Bible, other holy scriptures, and ancient wisdom texts.

There is no wrong way to pray, just follow your heart.

– The Family Safety Prayer

The most powerful force at your disposal is prayer. But sometimes, it’s hard to put your faith into words.

There is one thing we could change in our world, and that is for more people to pray for loved ones and for themselves.

This family safety prayer will strengthen your relationship with God and give you peace of mind while The Lord/Divine/Source Energy protects those who are closest to you.

Dear God, thank you so much for the blessings you have bestowed upon my family and me. I request that you watch over our safety today and prevent any harm from coming near to us. Please provide all members of this household with the essentials they need throughout the next few days so that they can become stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually. Help them to succeed in a life that is full of happiness and positive experiences. Please guide their hands gently when they need support or guidance, so they can move forward in a life that could be overwhelming at times. Thank You. I Love You. Amen

The Family Safety Prayer
Allow the presence of God to protect you and your loved ones.

If you wish, you can add any holy scripture, bible verse, or holy words to this prayer, regardless of what domination you may be part of. If you apply this divine wisdom, you can rest peacefully in knowing that God has your back.

– Praying For The Best Future

Keeping hope alive is one of my daily exercises.

The truth is, we are so fortunate to be alive at this moment. Fear and anxiety may be at the forefront of many minds in these times of confusion and uncertainty, but rest assured that God is in control. Pray, surrender, let go, and let the light shine through your heart, healing you and others around you from any darkness. Recite this short prayer:

God, I am confident in your protection. So, I am letting go and allowing You to lead. As long as your Divine timing and plan are in place, all will work out for my highest good. For me and all those, I encounter, may the best manifest, and may the future unfold most compassionately. Amen.

In addition, you can add scripture, bible verses, or holy words to make this prayer more personal. Make a choice you feel called to make. Many people enjoy adding prayers from the Bible, the Quran, and other holy scriptures.

In conclusion, letting go allows you to become a better person.

You create positive change in your life when you let go and let the spirit move you. It is an art form that can be applied to every aspect of life, from relationships to spirituality. Take advantage of everything that I shared in this post and you will see your life transform right in front of your eyes. Don’t miss the opportunity to turn your fears into freedom by letting go and letting God!

Much Love,
Zane
