We hope you have a wonderful and happy Thanksgiving surrounded by family and friends!

Thanksgiving is a day for giving thanks, even if you don’t celebrate the holiday traditionally associated with it.

Whether you take a moment to reflect, show gratitude in the company of family and friends, or simply enjoy some delicious food, Thanksgiving is an opportunity to fill your heart with joy.

In my experience, the easiest and fastest way to fill your heart with joy is with gratitude.
