Maybe you’ve had some negativity throughout your life, or maybe other people dumped their negativity onto you. Whatever the case may be, it’s time to forgive and forget if you want to connect with your inner self.

When it comes to taking care of your vibration, letting go of the past is a key element because if you’re dwelling on the past… Well, you’re thinking of negativity!
Mindfulness is being able to live in the present moment, as it is, and at peace.

Sometimes, people get too carried away complaining.
Complaining is one of the most dangerous toxins for your future. It’s essential to avoid it at all costs. Of course, it might be impossible to cut it all out immediately, but make it a goal.
It’s essential to accept your current situation as it is, knowing that only you control how it will be in the future.

Staying with the vibe of acceptance, we’ve got to learn to accept the world as it is.
However the state of everything may be, it’s extremely important to focus on what’s inside instead of what’s outside.

5. Envision Reality as You Wish It to Be
In other words… Manifest!
If you want to become in tune with your inner self, it’s essential to learn to manifest the life you truly want.
Manifestation, in and of itself, is the process of turning a thought into a reality through the power of intention.
Having a clear, concise goal and reminding yourself constantly as well as staying in a consistently positive mindset are the two main aspects regarding successful manifestation.
Just keep this in mind; I mentioned earlier that you’re always manifesting, this is a double-edged sword.
If you’ve got negative thoughts, you’ll manifest negativity, if you’re positive, you’ll manifest great things!

I believe that what defines ourselves at the deepest level is our goals.
I firmly believe this because goals are what drive us to do the things we do! When we eventually pass, we’re going to be remembered for the actions we took, the goals we achieved and the differences we made!
Manifestation is both a quest inside to find what you truly wish to achieve and a mission outside to turn those thoughts into a reality. I would highly recommend having a goal journal.
