I think we all know how sadness feels, but it’s safe to say there’s a difference between sadness and feeling hopeless or aimless… So, how can you stop yourself from having those dark emotions take over you? You’ve got to trust that everything will be okay!
In truth, everything won’t be just”okay,” matter of fact, it’ll be wonderful!
But, how do you tap into that sense of unwavering faith? Well, it definitely helps if you have some simple steps to follow!
The First Step to Knowing It Will All Be Okay
Before we dive into the first step, I need you to understand one simple fact of life…
You’re a divine, wonderful being and similarly, you have a divine and wonderful path ahead of you.
In other words, life has incredible plans for you, so have faith!
One more thing… You are a whole, complete being on your own. Nobody can or should complete you.
You’re great as you are!
Now that I made that clear, let’s get to the first step you can take to be confident that everything’s going to be okay!

The First Step – Acceptance
Whether you feel like the universe has it out for you or if you’ve just gone through a shocking life event, the first step to knowing it will all be okay is to accept it.
It’s essential to accept how you’re feeling.
Accept the emotions you’re going through as part of your divine journey of spiritual growth. I’m not talking about acceptance as in the stage of grief, but acceptance as in allowing the emotions to flow through you.
If you have the emotional strength to relax and accept how you feel, the spiritual healing process will proceed much smoother and much faster.
Understanding the importance of accepting how you feel is one of the most spiritually mature and wise things you can do for yourself and your future.
You won’t regret it!
Now, I can say that acceptance is important as much as I want, but the question is: How?
How Do You Accept How You’re Feeling?
Unfortunately, there’s no secret sauce for accepting how you feel. That’s not to say there’s no methodology, but you have to want it.
So, if you want to grow and proceed down the divine spiritual path you’re destined for, keep on reading!
Accepting how you feel is essentially a less “explicit” form of meditation.
Think about it this way… Meditation is used to come to peace with your mind, body, heart, and soul, right?
Acceptance is essentially the same, but you’re only trying to make peace in your mind, where all those pesky and noisy thoughts are!
To continue the comparison, meditation relies on your ability to relinquish the desire for control on every aspect of your life, so that instead of suppressing the mind, you let thoughts flow in and out, peacefully.
It’s the same with acceptance!
Therefore, the easiest way to accept how you’re feeling and acknowledge that everything will be okay is, you guessed it, through meditation.
meditation relies on your ability to relinquish the desire for control on every aspect of your life, so that instead of suppressing the mind, you let thoughts flow in and out, peacefully.
Meditate upon your life, how you’re feeling about it? And, really anything that comes to mind. Don’t make the mistake of suppressing your mind consciously- Just focus your attention on your breathing and let the thoughts flow, like water.
That’s it! Acceptance is the first step to being sure that everything will be okay.

The Second Step to Knowing It Will All Be Okay
The second step after acceptance is a little different, but surprisingly, pretty simple!
It may not be particularly easy, but it’s simple.
However, before we get into the second and final step, I need to make something else clear.
Whatever’s making you read this blog post, if you’re having dark and grim thoughts, please take care of yourself. You are a wonderful being and you have incredible gifts to give to this world!
Alright, with that being said, let’s get to it…

The Second Step – Spiritual Growth
The second and final step towards accepting the truth that everything will be okay is to grow spiritually…
Wait! You’re probably thinking something along the lines of “Zane, isn’t spiritual growth something that just happens?“
…And you’re right!
For the most part, that is. In a case like this, when things seem bleak, it won’t hurt to open your heart to spiritual growth.
Welcome Spiritual Growth Through Crystals
I love crystals!
They come in many shapes and sizes and each one has beneficial properties for you.
Personally, when it comes to welcoming spiritual growth into your life in order to reassure yourself that everything will be okay… Amethyst is the way to go.
After all, amethyst is known for its ability to release negativity, which is exactly what needs to happen in order to open your soul to spiritual growth.
There are a load of other great crystals (like the simple but mighty clear quartz!) that you could use to help you achieve your goal of spiritual growth, but there’s something I can do for you there.
Tell me…
How does a FREE Zen, natural handmade crystal bracelet sound?
I genuinely want you to grow and fulfill your dreams, and this is a fantastic way to release negativity and welcome positivity.
Oh, and did I mention it’s free? (I did… Oh, well just making sure!) All you’ve got to do is take care of shipping and handling, that’s it.
Now, you don’t need the bracelet to know everything is going to be okay, but it does help, the choice is yours.
One more thing. If you find yourself moping around often, I find journaling to be one of the best activities out there!
Take how you’re feeling and jot it down, word for word. Journals work wonders, believe me.

I hope whatever’s going on in your life, you’ll remember that you are loved and worthy of love. You are a wonderful, incredible, and powerful manifestor and you’re destined to do amazing things!

Zane
