Now, you might be wondering; what do I mean When I say old ways?
Let me explain…
Before having a spiritual awakening, we are always conflicted.
Something always appears to be going wrong.
It’s as if things just don’t go our way on purpose.
The reality is very different. Think of a spiritual awakening as you opening your mind to your true potential.
When you go through such an event, what happens is you release the need to control everything and thus, things tend to fall more into place.
That’s how the divine order works!
You can’t expect to go through a spiritual awakening if your thinking habits are full of negativity.
This isn’t something you can force.
The key is to develop mindfulness and release the desire to have total control over everything that ever goes on in your life.
The only way to do that is to get rid of your old thinking habits.
My personal recommendation is to use guided meditations.
