The Myths About The Spiritual Awakening Process?
There are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to going through a spiritual awakening.
One of those misconceptions is that it happens naturally and normally, whereas in reality… The truth is that a spiritual awakening is something that you have to welcome into your life.
Another misconception is that a spiritual awakening is something that you need to travel the world and go to a far-off mountain peak to really witness.
Of course, the reality is that it can (and should) happen anywhere.
Think about it this way: A spiritual awakening is supposed to happen in your life as it is now. It isn’t meant to happen after completely changing your life. On that note, there are a few steps you can actually take to make a spiritual awakening something that’s more likely to happen to you.
Before we dive straight into the actionable steps you can take starting now, let me explain what a spiritual awakening really is to begin with…
What Is a Spiritual Awakening?
Spiritual awakening is something that happens mostly at an unexpected time.
The reality of the situation is that it means something different depending on who you are.
In general, though, a spiritual awakening symbolizes a new beginning in your life.
To put it another way, a spiritual awakening is an event that you go through that completely changes your mindset and how you think about everything.
It’s a monumental shift in your perception of the world around you.
Often accompanied with a heightened state of awareness and mindfulness.

On top of all that, the one somewhat unfortunate aspect of a spiritual awakening is that it comes with the realization that you don’t actually have control over everything around you.
Going through a spiritual awakening also enlightens you with the truth that nothing external can ever provide you with true fulfillment and happiness.
Happiness and fulfillment come from within.
On the bright side, a spiritual awakening shows that you don’t actually need to make that much of a considerable change in your own life in order to attract fulfillment and happiness because they come from within.
They’re actually much closer than you might think!
Alright now let’s dig in and actually dissect the different steps you can take right now to get closer to spiritual awakening.
The 2 Steps to Spiritual Awakening
1. Release Your Old Thinking Habits
When it comes to spiritual awakening, we’re really shedding our old skin in favor of a new, more profound spiritual one.
What this means is that you can’t have a spiritual awakening and align yourself with your true purpose if you’re stuck thinking in your old ways.
Now, you might be wondering; what do I mean When I say old ways?
Let me explain…
Before having a spiritual awakening, we are always conflicted.
Something always appears to be going wrong.
It’s as if things just don’t go our way on purpose.
The reality is very different. Think of a spiritual awakening as you opening your mind to your true potential.
When you go through such an event, what happens is you release the need to control everything and thus, things tend to fall more into place.
That’s how the divine order works!
You can’t expect to go through a spiritual awakening if your thinking habits are full of negativity.
This isn’t something you can force.
The key is to develop mindfulness and release the desire to have total control over everything that ever goes on in your life.
The only way to do that is to get rid of your old thinking habits.
My personal recommendation is to use guided meditations.
These are exceptionally effective at penetrating into our subconscious mind.
As a matter of fact, I would even go as far as saying that they are the most effective method.
You can use guided meditations now to easily develop what you need for a spiritual awakening.
That about wraps up the first step. Let’s dive into the second!
2. Develop a Mindful Self
The second step is to replace those thinking habits, with a more open-minded and mindful attitude.
Now, this is a lot harder to accomplish them the first step… But there’s a bright side to it!
Developing mindfulness is one of the most controversial topics out there.
Unfortunately, that’s because there’s a lot of misinformation freely available.
Now similarly to the first step, the easiest way to develop true mindfulness is through guided meditation. But before that, let me explain why you need it.
Mindfulness is a state of awareness.
When you are mindful, you’re capable of absorbing everything around you as it is presently.
In other words, mindfulness is the ability to live in the present moment.
Can you see the connection between mindfulness and spiritual awakening now?
