It’s almost unbelievable how big of a difference a few little items can make!

Now, I spend a single day every week, having fun and planning out my healthy and organic meals for the whole week.
But by far the biggest surprise was how easy it all was!
In order to save you the hassle of going through that “learning” phase of having a healthy organic kitchen, I compiled a list of the top 15 essentials you need!

15 Essentials for a Healthy Organic Kitchen

15. Professional-Grade Knives
In a healthy kitchen, you’re going to need two main types of knives.
Firstly, you need your paring knife because fruits and vegetables rock!
