Inner Child Healing Using the Power of Crystal Grids

In a recent post I shared with you how to work and heal your inner child, today we are taking inner child healing to a whole new level using a powerful energy tool called a crystal grid.

Now back to today’s inner child healing method of a crystal grid.

First, let me explain what a crystal grid is.

What Is a Crystal Grid?

A Crystal grid is a powerful energy tool that utilizes the set up of crystals and gemstones in a certain pattern to help with achieving a specific objective, like:

• Manifesting a goal or a desire
• Healing a strained relationship
• Creating abundance
• Invoking protection
• And many other uses

My favorite book on the topic is by the Crystal Goddess, the one and only Hibiscus Moon.

Why Are Crystal Grids so Powerful for Healing Your Inner Child?

When crystals are aligned in a certain geometric pattern when creating a grid, the energies of the crystals combined with the intention of the grid creates a fusion of energies between the crystal, the grid, and the intention.

This makes the use of crystal grids quite powerful for manifestation, as it gives quite an energetic punch to your intention.

As I mentioned earlier, my dear friend Lydee has created this grid specifically for this post and with the intention of healing the child within.

So for you, today or any day you want to do some energy work to work with your inner child, simply come to this post and look at this grid and let the energy of the grid does its magic.

The beauty of energy work is it’s omnipresent so you have access to it anywhere and at any time.

So, to Use This Grid for Inner Child Healing Follow These 2 Simple Steps:

1. Gaze at the picture of the grid

Below is a picture of the grid. Simply gaze at the picture as you perform this energy work. (To learn about what crystals used to create this grid, please keep reading, I detailed each crystal at the end of this post)

2. Repeat this mantra as you gaze at the grid

Here’s an inner child mantra to help you with inner child healing as you activate the energy of the grid within you.

Repeat the mantra as many times as you feel guided to as you gaze at the grid shared above. Your child within is listening and is gradually learning to trust you.

Simply trust and follow your instincts when doing this type of energy work!

What Crystals Were Used to Create This Powerful Inner Child Healing Grid?

This grid utilized specific stones to work with inner child healing. Let’s dive in (Look at the corresponding number in the image to see what the crystal mentioned looks like)

1. Rose Quartz for forgiveness, love. It helps alleviate crisis, phobias, anger, stress, fear, and emotional wounds.
2. Rhodochrosite to release emotional trauma caused in childhood, and to heal a broken heart.
3. Blue Lace Agate to help calm and center while doing childhood trauma work. It is used to soothe anxious and overly-stimulated children.
4. Ametrine to help bring peace and tranquility. It removes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages caused by childhood trauma.
5. Quartz points to enhance the energy of the grid.

When doing inner child healing, remember to TRUST the process!

As you keep releasing old trauma and heavy emotions from childhood, your child within begins to build trust with the adult you. That inner child felt abandoned once, be his/her friend today!
