My introduction to crystals for energy and expansion started in 2016 when I wanted to deepen my meditation practice.
I was looking for more natural ways that could help me expand my energy and raise my vibration.
Floating is one of my favorites ways to deepen my meditation practice and still is to this date. In 2016, I was chatting with the owner of the Theta floating spa where I floated regularly and he encouraged me to visit a crystal shop and talk to the people who run the shop about how crystals can help.

So, I Went to That Crystal Shop With the Mission of Finding Crystals for Energy and Transformation.
It was love at first sight, the moment I entered the shop, I felt right at home.
The owner, an amazing soul, took the time to explain what crystals do, recommended a few books to start with, and then asked me to walk around the store and see what catches my eyes.
I became a frequent visitor of that crystal shop till I moved away from the area, but my passion for crystals and their use for energy and transformation didn’t fade.
Since 2016 to date, I read well over 50 books on the topic of crystals alone. And I am continuing to expand my knowledge about the topic of crystals for energy.
Additionally, I learned everything that you can learn about crystals. As a matter of fact, I became so fascinated by the topic that I decided to become a crystal certified practitioner. I joined the Goddess’s school, the one, and only Hibiscus Moon, and I’m working on my certification now. I should be certified within the next 30 to 60 days.
In Today’s Article, I Want to Share With You 3 Crystals That I Believe Every Human Can Benefit From, Regardless of Whether You Believe in Crystals!

These 3 healing crystals for energy and transformation could benefit you in three key areas; energy-boosting, love, and manifestation.
Let’s dive in:
# 1. Green Aventurine
Green aventurine is really one of my favorite crystals, especially for manifestation.
Before I share some of the qualities of this wonderful crystal and how you can truly work with it, let me give you a little background about what an Aventurine is.
Aventurine is from the quartz family. Quarts are made of Silicon dioxide.
I love Aventurine in specific because it is one of these varieties of the quartz family that just gives you the ability to work with them and do some color therapy in the process.
Aventurine, in general, comes in a multitude of colors. Oh my gosh, you can find them in probably every color you can think of. I’ve seen green, blue, pink, red and brown.
And Today We’re Going to Take a Deeper Dive Into the Green Aventurine in Specific.
As I mentioned, Green Aventurine is an excellent crystal specifically for manifestation and good luck.
It’s known for helping the person who works with the crystal to feel more optimistic about life and feels more energetic. I personally believe the reason for that is because it’s one of the crystals that’s deeply associated with the heart chakra.
So when the heart chakra is fully charged and fully open, then you can’t help but feel optimistic and full of life and full of energy.
And if you’re not sure what color the heart chakra is, the heart chakra is actually green in color. That’s why the green Aventurine resonates with it.
In a crystal and Angel Card reading, I did recently; I shared how the green Aventurine represents:
- Wealth
- Good luck, and
- Wishes fulfilled
Personally, I love to work with this crystal whenever I wanted to manifest prosperity. I actually have a green aventurine in my prosperity grid in the wealth corner of my house. You can see the picture underneath. Actually, in this picture, I incorporated the green aventurine and a citrine, which is another crystal I will share with you later in this article. So, in a nutshell, Aventurine pretty much can be used for anything when it comes to the Department of abundance or the Department of bringing harmony into one life in the areas of money, manifestation, and living life with energy and vitality.
# 2. Rose Quartz
Rose Quartz is the crystal of love.
I am a huge fan of the Rose quartz. It’s one of the first crystals I got when I went to my first visit to the crystal shop I shared with you earlier in the introduction. Honestly, I had no idea what the crystal does or what it’s metaphysical capabilities? I just felt so drawn to the crystal itself that eventually I wound up buying a half a pound rose court crystal. Also, I have another 6 Lbs. rose quartz crystal that sits in my garden.
Rose Quartz Is a Stunning & Energetic Crystal That You Want to Have at Your Front Door to Invite Love Into Your House.
Another space where rose quartz would love to live is in a garden to ensure that the energy of love and abundance is there. Additionally, I love to have Rose Quartz in my living room and/or my bedroom.
- In the living room, the best place to have it is on the coffee table, as that’s where most families hangout. Or place the crystal wherever you and the family hangout at the most.
- In the bedroom, put it on your nightstand. I actually have rose quartz sitting right on my nightstand – check out this beauty underneath:
Now, Let Me Share With You What This Crystal Is Capable Of!
So Rose Quartz, just like the Aventurine, is a member of the quartz family. So, it is made of Silicon Dioxide.
Rose Quartz is the crystal of love. Not any love, but absolute, unconditional, and unadulterated love.
It’s a crystal that is absolutely stunning. Any person who wants to charge their heart chakra, especially after a period of heartbreak or after a period of betrayal or lack of trust, then a Rose Quartz is your pal!
Often, when we go through a betrayal or loss, our heart takes the heavy hit. And when we get hit that way, our heart shuts down energetically because the pain is so enormous that we’re not willing to open ourselves up again.
Rose quartz is one of these beautiful crystals that gently and lovingly help you process heavy emotions that block the heart. So, it’s a crystal that emanates love that’s why I said why it’s essential to have it in places where you or your family members hang out the most.
It’s a Crystal With the Core Quality of Absolute Love.
it’s also a crystal that resonates with the heart chakra. Also, it resonates with the heart chakra more from the space of healing and charging the heart chakra if it’s depleted and even opening the heart chakra back to the state of innocent love, the love that we felt in our heart when we were children.
When we were kids, we loved everything & everyone around us, and we weren’t yet scared by life or other people’s judgment. But as we grew older, we started to see things differently, and we began to go through different experiences, and we lost that innocence of a child.
Rose quartz is a perfect way to connect back to that child within and invite love back into your heart.
It’s a perfect crystal to reprogram yourself to the vibration of love or above.
I read a book by David Hawkin that’s called force vs. power. In that book, the author talked about the scale of consciousness and how, when you’re at the scale of love or above, you actually attract things from a higher consciousness instead of things that are coming from space of need or a space of lack. So, I encourage you to have rose quartz if you’re looking for crystals for energy! With rose quartz, you’re continuously vibrating from the state of love and above. And when you’re vibrating at that state, you harmonize yourself with attracting things of that nature.
Last but not least, it’s also an excellent crystal to have during sleep because it allows you to tap into the energy of love as you sleep. It helps you feel safe and loved. It enables you to feel connected to the divine love and the unconditional love of God that is available for all of us, yet somehow we forgot it exists.
# 3. Citrine
Citrine is absolutely one of the essential crystals to be had in any person’s crystal collection, especially if your purpose is having crystals for energy-boosting and manifestation.
This crystal is also in the quartz family, and the quartz family is known for its amplification effect.
Citrine is one of the best crystals for empowerment.
It’s known for its boosting ability of mental and physical clarity and personal will.
Citrine is excellent in enabling you to have the will to follow your own decisions and your own judgments instead of letting other people or other things influence you.
Citrine Resonates With the First Three Chakras.
It’s perfect for first chakra “Base Chakra,” second chakra “Naval or Sacral Chakra, and third chakra “Solar Plexus.”
Citrine is yellow in color, so it resonates the most with the third chakra, and that’s the solar plexus. The solar plexus is your center of personal will & willpower.
It’s a fantastic crystal to work with whenever you want to increase your mental and emotional will power to go after your goals and aspirations.
It’s another perfect crystal for manifestation because when we have the willpower to take action, we allow ourselves to be present and to focus on the most important priorities.
It differs from the green Aventurine, which’s another crystal for manifestation. Aventurine works on manifestation more from the space of being open to attracting manifestation, while citrine is more centered on the intention of manifestation. So whenever you’re working with the situation, with the citrine, you’re adding your own will, your own energy to the whole package, and allowing yourself to really center yourself in your center of power and activate your ability to manifest.
It’s a Great Crystal for Visualization and Meditation.
If you have a citrine, especially if you have a couple of crystals, hold one in each hand and sit and visualize the thing that you want to manifest and as you’re visualizing the thing you want to manifest, imagine your solar plexus is lit up with the yellow energy of the citrine. The radiant energy of the citrine is a magnificent way to strengthen the third chakra, and through the 3rd chakra, that’s where you actually have the willpower to make things happen.
