I’ve always been a HUGE fan of spa retreats as they give you the ability to unplug 100% without needing to worry about anything else.

I’m sure we can all agree that, with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it can be practically impossible to find a spare moment for ourselves.

This lack of alone time can severely impact our emotional and physical health, and a prime example of this is when stressed students or workers experience burnout.
