Morning meditation is a wonderful way to help you align, energize, and activate your divine powers.

10 Minutes or less a day can do wonders!

Today, I am thrilled to share with you my 10 Minute Morning Meditation for Gratitude and Joy to set your day on the right vibration.

One of the best ways to master your day and create positive momentum is to set an intention first thing in the morning.

I start my day with a positive intention to carry me throughout the day.

So my invitation to you today is to start each day from this day onward with a positive intention.

To keep vibes positive and high, feel free to apply this Grateful Morning Meditation.

Gratitude is NOT just simply saying “Thank You” or expressing your content for what you have.

Being grateful is a way of being!

It’s the way you show up to the world and the way you influence your environment.

Instruction:

  • This meditation is best-experienced right upon awakening.
  • Sit in your favorite pose or prop yourself up while still in bed, it’s best not to do this meditation lying down as you don’t’ want to fall back asleep 🙂
  • No matter what position you choose, my best recommendation is to pick a position that you feel comfortable in.

So, let’s begin:

Doing a morning meditation first thing upon waking is fantastic as you get to tap to the theta brainwaves that we go through when we transition from the sleep state back to the awakening state.
