Aimee Haplin

Aimee Halpin is a wife, mom, and former educator. Aimee loves to use quotes to express her feelings and to get people thinking. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher certification in 2015 and recently completed additional training in helping others cope with pain and arthritis through a yoga practice. She has taught workshops for women around the world about letting go of what is holding them back. She started her blog The Burned Hand to help others fight illness and still maintain hope. From her years of research, the Head|Heart|Health program was born as a way to help others realize that they too had the power to say “This is not how the story is going to end.” She changed the course of her illnesses and has helped others take back their lives.
