Matter of fact — some kinds of stress are healthy and important like when you exercise.
During a workout, you’re putting your body under stress which then enables you to build the strength and stamina to live a long and healthy life.
3. It’s Not One Size Fits All:
Stress affects people differently, so be patient with yourself as you do your best to figure out how stress affects you!
Without a doubt, stress is amongst the top 10 things that people report as something that wreaks havoc on their lives.

Where it gets dangerous is when we view every little thing in life as a stressor.
