Some people prefer chanting while others would rather focus on different things such as certain colors and places.

For the majority of people, the mechanical movement of breathing is enough to get them as relaxed as they can be.

One of the best ways to get the most out of your meditation is to breathe deeply in and out.

There are two main reasons why this would be an effective strategy.

For starters, deep, slow and deliberate breathing will allow more oxygen into your system and thus facilitating better brain function and general body wellness. Secondly, the mechanical rhythm created by deep breathing will act as a lulling process that allows you to relax.
